Avoid! Awful service, terrible customer service. I Will NEVER shop here again!
I paid by cash, returned an item because it was too big, they claim that refund was made on 26.09 and I still havent got my money, asked for swift copy to prove it they cant give it, I called to my bank and they dont see any money.

They sent me a wrong item. I have contacted the customer service and there still not a Solution after a few days.
I received a damage dress, the last one in stock, and enquired about whether they would pay a seamstress invoice to enable me to repair and keep this. They offered a damage refund of 15% which, barely even covered the cost, but after deciding I'd like to proceed with the discount, have been ignored 4 emails and one phonemail later. The guy on the phone literally sounded so shifty and unknowledgeable, he just kept saying "yeah yeah you'll hear today" - so weird and there's definitely something dodgy going on. DO NOT BUY FROM THE OUTNET, OR AT LEAST EXPECT TO SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN.
Wonderful way to buy clothes, and invaluable during lockdown! Like all on-line sites offering clothes, the need to exchange items which don't fit, or are just wrong, is of paramount importance and in Outnet's case, they don't put a foot wrong. Their returns policy and procedure is second to none. I have many items from them and am more than happy. Thank goodness for them!
I love Outnet - I’m not highly into having the latest fashion so having a slight (or big discount) always makes me feel more justified in my purchase- plus it arrives super fast! Love it ?
Ordered for the first time from Outnet. Great prices. But ordered on Saturday 01/05. Shipped 06/05 expected 12/05. From ITALY!!!!!!! Not what I expected from a luxury retail website. Not overall a great first time experience unfortunately.
